Your product is solid, without feeling heavy, which is nice. It’s not loud, but it’s not as quiet as I’d hoped. This being said, it’s still quieter than most trimmers I’ve used. I’m pleased with the ease of cleaning, and that’s very important to me. I’m bummed, however, with no easy way to store the clean tools. The packaging was nice, but the box is not ideal for storage or ease of access. A sturdy cinched bag or zippered pouch would have been a great addition.
