Love the packaging and how many accessories you got for the price. When I got it it was at 60-80 percent on battery my pup loved it and didn’t run from the noise. Typically loud clippers scare him but these weren’t loud. Normal humm not sure what the dial does sounds like when you turn it the hum gets louder

I don’t use all the included products that came with as i am afraid to use the nail trimmer and nail file and hurt my pups nails, but i do use the trimmer on my pups paw pads and to trim the top of her head. the charge seems to last quite some time.
